Coda Technical Support Call Center offers four levels of technical support:
- Level 1: To collect the customer’s basic information, to determine the customer’s problem and to identify the available solutions to resolve the issues.
- Level 2: To provide more in-depth technical support. Wherein a situation requires a higher level of experience and/or knowledge of specific equipment or issues.
- Level 3: To provide high-end support from an expert on specific equipment. At this point, more complex and in-depth research may be required, your staff’s assistance may be needed at this time.
- Level 4: To provide an on-road solution; therefore, a professional will travel to the site of the down unit/equipment. This level of support is offered on a case-by-case basis.
